Southern Gentleman was born on a summer's day in 2023. After years of eating mediocre Catering, I decided to drop everything and build the Catering Company of my dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of TLC. Not to mention a Fun and functional presentation, Friendly staff, and efficient service

When COVID shuttered dining rooms, Jonathan Gaerlan—after 15 years working across every level of fine dining and restaurant consulting—discovered a catering industry that was often chaotic, unregulated, and inconsistent. Late arrivals, poor presentation, and a lack of professionalism had become the norm.

He saw an opportunity to change that.
