When COVID shuttered dining rooms, Jonathan Gearlan—after 15 years working across every level of fine dining and restaurant consulting—discovered a catering industry that was often chaotic, unregulated, and inconsistent. Late arrivals, poor presentation, and a lack of professionalism had become the norm.

He saw an opportunity to change that.
